教学大纲

课程描述

本课程的目的是提供关于生物化工产品回收的下游工艺的概述。通过阅读作业和作业布置,可以知道回收和纯化的基本方法是重点,这也是科学家和工程师在实验室以及在工业上常遇到的。然而,在生物化学工程领域,来自学术界和工业界的研究者的客户讲座对于论证在将来有益于生化产物回收的新概念和工程技术也是有用的。

预先准备

对过程控制和优化大体熟悉,并且对包括热力学、化学动力学和传递过程在内的化学工程原理了解其大体的知识,对于本学科的成功是必要的。数学知识,特别是微积分、基本统计(比如概率正态分布函数)对于解决本课程中工程方面的问题是有必要的。学生最好可以熟练应用微软® 电子表格计算软件,这样对于许多作业的完成是必要的。

等级

等级的划分将基于五次作业、一次期中考试和一次期末考试。
